Refund Policy

1. Refund period

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

2. Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request the refund within 14 days of purchase
• Provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs
• Not have previously received a refund for this product

Note: Downloading the product does not disqualify you from a refund within the refund period.

3. What is NOT refundable

We do not issue refunds for:

• Cloud provider charges: Any charges from Oracle Cloud, AWS, or other cloud providers are your responsibility. We cannot refund charges billed by third parties.
• Domain registration: Domain name registration fees are non-refundable.
• Third-party services: Any costs incurred with third-party services or tools.
• Requests after the refund period: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

We strongly recommend setting a $1 budget alert in Oracle Cloud Console before deploying to avoid unexpected charges.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@mockbrains.com with:

• The email address associated with your Mock Brains account
• Your purchase date
• A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, your access to the Product will be revoked immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Relationship to site-wide policy

This refund policy applies specifically to the Brain Stack product. It supersedes the general Mock Brains Refund Policy for purchases of this product.
