Mock Brains makes no guarantee that any deployment is or will remain free. Resource estimates and profile suggestions in this product are for planning purposes only and do not constitute a promise of free usage. We strongly recommend setting a budget alert in your cloud provider console and monitoring your billing dashboard, especially during your first deployment. You bear all risk of cloud provider charges.

Data Handling & Privacy
When you purchase and download the Brain Stack, we collect and process:
• **Account information**: Your email address and Firebase user ID (UID) from your Mock Brains account
• **Purchase records**: Stripe customer ID, payment intent ID, checkout session ID, purchase timestamp, and acknowledgement records
• **Download logs**: Your UID, product version downloaded, and timestamp (retained for 12 months)
We do NOT log IP addresses in download records. Standard web server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses per our hosting provider's policies.
This data is processed to fulfill your purchase, provide access to downloads, and maintain records for support and refund requests. Purchase records are retained as long as your account exists. Download logs are retained for 12 months.
